Payment Schedule: Association fees for Paseo Verde HOA are to be paid annually and are due on March 1st.

Amount Due: The annual association fee is $300.

Late Payment Penalties: 

To avoid incurring penalties, please adhere to the following payment guidelines:

• Ensure your payment is received by March 10th to prevent a late fee.
• Late Fee: Payments received after March 10th will be subject to a $25 late fee.
• Collections: If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, the balance will be forwarded to collections.

Association fees for Rock Creek are paid quarterly and are due on the first of each quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.) The association fees per quarter are $200. To avoid a penalty, make sure your payment is received by the 10th.

Waste collection days are as follows:

• Trash is collected on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
• Recycling is collected on Wednesdays.
• Bulk trash is scheduled for collection once per month.

The Rock Creek Declaration of Protective Covenants and Restrictions requires trash containers be stored out of view. The purpose of this restriction, as other Association restrictions, is to maintain property appearance and property values. Let's all do our part in this behalf.
