In the past few months, efforts have been made to improve some of the Cul de Sac roundabouts. New, digitally metered sprinklers have replaced the old controllers. In addition, new landscaping and plants have replaced the old shrubbery at Ash, Birch and Dagwood Cul de Sacs. These improvements will help improve the curb appeal of our neighborhood.

Paseo Verde Cul de Sac Improvements Memo

As there have been a number of reported incidents concerning Golf Carts in the Rock Creek Community, BSO was invited to the March Board Meeting to address our concerns, both on the public roads and the common areas.  Rock Creek will continue to enforce its prohibition of Golf Carts anywhere on the common areas and BSO will be paying particular attention on the public roads. Special Assessment

The Road Repaving work for Paseo Verde will begin On December 4.

Detailed map with the scheduled dates and streets. Please plan accordingly to make sure your vehicles are removed prior to 7:30am the date it's scheduled, if not they will be towed at the owner's expense. Plan any major deliveries that are scheduled to deliver from December 4th to December7th as the roads will be closed.
